Can I buy just the frames ?

Yes, you can buy the frames with or without prescription lenses.

What size of frame should I buy?

Is recommended that if you have a high prescription such as  +/- 4.00  or more is better to buy small frames size the lens is thicker.

How choose the right lens material?

It depends on your prescription, for example:

  • CR-39 plastic lenses : material most used for measures with low prescriptions, not recommendable for prescriptions more than  +/- 1.75
  • Polycarbonate lenses : Lighter and thiner material than CR 39 . Is considered more resistent, ideal for kids and forpeople that practice sports. Good for remless and semi-rimless frames with prescriptions of +/- 1.75 up to +/- 4.00.

  • 67 Hi-Index lenses : This material is thinner than polycarbonate, recommendable for prescriptions over +/- 2.00

What kind of lenses coating can I add to my lenses?

You can add the following lens coatings for an additional fee:

  • Anti-reflective (AR) coating : They significatly reduce light reflection lenses, usually used by people that works long hours with computers or drives during the night.
  • Transitions lenses : Protect your eyes from the sun’s rays adapting to changes of lighter or darken depending on the outdoor light conditions

 

  • UV Protection : Is a clear coating that protects eyes from UV ( Ultra-Violet rays)

Can I use my private insurance?

No, we are out of the network providers system , but you can check with your insurance company if they can reimburse you.

What is single-vision?

Prescription lenses that have one use, to see objects in the distance or close such us reading.

What are bifocal lenses?

This kind of lenses are used for two different areas of vision correction, which are divided by a line in the lower part of the lens to connect your near vision, while the rest of the lens is usually for your distance vision.

What are progressive lenses?

Progressive lenses are true “Multi focal lenses” that provide a seamless progression of many lens powers for all viewing distance

How do I measure my PD?

Pupillary distance (PD) is a measurement in millimeters between your eyes from the center of one pupil to the center of the other. This measurement helps to ensure that your prescription is properly focused within your glasses lenses for the clearest and most accurate vision.

If you need to measure a PD yourself, follow the instructions below for the most accurate results:

  1. Find a ruler with millimeter measurements and a mirror or a friend.
  2. If using a mirror, try to look into the distance as you measure. If a friend is taking your measurements, try to look past them into the distance to avoid the result being too narrow.
  3. Rest the ruler against the bridge of your nose and line up the middle of your left pupil with the 0 line of the ruler.
  4. Measure across to the middle of your right pupil, still looking into the distance. Your PD should be between 46 and 74.

Repeat these steps 2 to 3 times to get a consistent number.

How do I return or exchange my eyeglasses?

  • All our frames and lenses are under full guarantee on defects and quality issues
  • Only under  our Return & Exchange  policy, please read our statements.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When should I cancel an order?

You have 24 hours to cancel the order,  after 24 hours you will be charged for the lenses.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

“Clearance”  items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately  “ Clearance”  items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item and  that is no longer on our stock , you can choose with another one with  the same price or less.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Follow the next steps below to return or exchange your item:

  1. Before returning or exchanging a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling or emailing our customer service department. Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded.
  2. The RMA expires after 30 days. We will not accept returns or exchanges without a valid RMA number.
  3. All products must be returned in their original packaging with any unused warranty cards, instruction booklets, cleaning cloths, and cases included.
  4. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label.

If you are returning or exchanging your item because of size, fit, color, or some other personal preference, then you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us.

If you are exchanging your item due to a defects or quality issues , you have 12 months from the date you received your item to return the product

Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded.
